Objective: Choices and quality decisions made by consumers in relation to their healthcare have been associated with personal experience of those services, interpersonal engagement reliance on third-party information, as well the subsequent satisfaction service. The purpose this research was understand current information sources, determinants discernment decision-making factors Australian community healthcare. Method: Conventional content analysis undertaken form a national telephone survey 200 consumers. Open-ended questions were used elicit from general community. Results: Reputation other key structural elements are utilised determining services deployment regarding use services. While most respondents valued about provider relationships, outcomes performance rankings, up 20% did not know or could identify ways which they would assess evaluate Conclusion: This identifies that range advice relating experience, sources.
